NOTE 1
An over voltage equal to 1.5 * VR for 30 ms is permitted 1000 times during the life of the capacitor.The amplitudes of the over voltage that may be tolerated without significant reduction in the life time of the capacitor depend on their duration, the number of application and the capacitor temperature.In addition, these values assume that the over voltage may appear when the internal temperature of the capacitor is less than 0 ℃ but within the temperature category.
NOTE 2
The average applied voltage must not be higher than the specified voltage
